Description

Our Creative Operations Assistants (COAs) work with small businesses based in the USA. We help our clients improve workflow, save time, and remove the burden of editing and producing digital content, allowing them to focus on future products and project planning.
Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing: Developing digital marketing strategies, running ad campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and optimizing performance based on key metrics
- Content Creation: Producing engaging and relevant materials such as blog posts, articles, social media content, graphics, and website copy
- Social Media Management: Planning content calendars, creating social media strategies, and engaging with online communities
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conducting keyword research, optimizing web content for search engines, and analyzing performance to improve rankings
- Photo & Video Editing: Editing photos and videos to produce visually appealing marketing materials

Legal Operations Assistant
Description
Our Legal Operations Assistants (LOAs) work with small businesses based in the USA and in Australia. We help our clients improve workflow, save time, and remove the burden of administrative, and back-office tasks.
Responsibilities
- Qualifying potential clients
- Client intake and onboarding
- CRM Management (MyCase, Clio, Clio grow)
- Phone reception (Common VoIP: Nextiva, Bria, Dialpad)
- Calendar management--appointment setting
- Email management (preparing and following up on correspondence)
- Taking meeting minutes
- Drafting depositions, pleadings, and other legal documents (preferably with templates)
- Preparing initial review of records (including police reports, incident reports, and medical records, among others
Requirements
- Graduate of a 4-year course.
- Essential to advanced knowledge about the legal profession.
- Excellent English comprehension and writing ability.
- Ability to manage and organize company files and data.
- Research skills using different platforms.
- Must have significant experience in using current technologies like Google, Suite, Zoom, MS Office, and more.
- You can connect with a variety of people and build rapport.
- You have good attention to detail, especially in written reports.
- You are comfortable with virtual technologies and can quickly learn.
- Have reliable, high-speed internet connection of at least 10mbps.
